The campaign aims to provide information to Carnauba producers on formalization of work and labor rights in order to combat degrading work and increase the number of workers with a formal contract in the carnauba supply chain, through actions that bring knowledge about the subject.
The action consists of two face-to-face meetings with training on the subject, the first being held in Russas-Ce and the second being held in Parnaíba-Pi. Another point of action is the holding of a live on the company’s YouTube channel, with the aim of reaching as many producers as possible, with the participation of experts in the area and opening space to address other issues that are linked to the rights of the worker as human rights, health and safety at work and respect for biodiversity.
